Personal Data

Personal data relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data. The processing of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from 25 May 2018.  The personal data I hold is collected and stored securely subject to appropriate security measures and is protected against misuse. Your personal data is held in electronic form and is held on secure servers. My email lists are password-protected. I will ensure that all personal information supplied is held in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation and UK Data Protection legislation.

 

How I use your data

When you contact me about my services and I respond, your email address is automatically stored in the address list of my email server (a secure server managed by Zen Internet).   I will only use this information in our correspondence to answer your query.  If you become a client, I will use this information to contact you about coaching or training sessions and to answer your queries.

 

If you opt in to join my enewsletter and mailing list, I will use your data to send you mailings which I think will be of interest: a regular newsletter (no more than 6 times a year) and occasional updates about events and happenings.You may unsubscribe at any time. I do not share our lists with third parties.

 

Cookies and Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics to monitor who is visiting my website and Children or Not Blog.  This tool does not collect personal or contact information.  I use Google Analytics to analyse how people are using our website, so that we can improve it. I also use Cookies. Cookies are text files stored on your computer, and accessible only to the websites which create them. Our website may from time to time use cookies and log files for things like statistical analysis, to understand user behaviour and to administer the site. Any information gathered by our use of cookies is only used on an anonymous basis. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies.
