Welcome to the November e-newsletter! As the nights drawn in and the air gets chilly, I hope you are well and good.
I subscribe to the Fetzer Institute newsletter and I was very moved by an article which has suggestions on how to practice Love&Forgiveness. So I thought I would share with you the link as well as my suggestion from their list.
'Write or draw a tribute to a love of your life. It can be a person, a
pet, a place, or a time you felt loved. Use colors, symbols, and
metaphors to convey your feelings for and experience of the object of
your love'. There are many other great suggestions - take a look at this link!
In other news, the 'Creating from Polarity' workshop held in London in
October was very well received. Myself and my co-leader are planning
other workshops for Europe and the Middle East for 2010. Next October, we will be facilitating a weekend retreat at the beautiful Mill House Retreat
Centre in Normandy where participants will take part in groupwork,
storytelling, Osho Meditation and other creative techniques to help
you explore how you can create from polarity and step into a wholeness
perspective. For more information about this retreat and other
polarity workshops I'm leading go to http://www.creatingfrompolarity.com
My Children or Not Blog continues to receive over 1000 visits a
month - if you or anyone you know is struggling with the decision to
have children, please let them know - the blog is at
http://www.childrenornot.blogspot.com If you are a regular reader of this blog, let me know what you would like to see more of on the blog!
And finally, my coaching stream for people who are unhappy with their work but don't know what they want to do instead has become extremeley popular - perhaps ironcially the recession has made people stop and think about what they REALLY want to be doing with
their working life! That's it for this month! I love to receive all your comments and questions - please do get in touch if you there is anything you want to know more about or if you just wanted to say you liked something in this newsletter!!
